Returns
Because our products are of such high quality and efficacy, customer returns are very rare. If you wish to return an order, Body Ammo will refund the purchase price for all authorized returns within 30 days of purchase. You must first call 1-800-346-2303 (international customers can reach us at 925-513-8514) or e-mail us at customercare@bodyammoproducts.com to get a return authorization in advance. Returned items must be unopened and sealed, unless defective, and sent with a copy of the invoice.

All packages must be returned pre-paid (customer is responsible for any shipping and handling charges). We cannot accept COD deliveries. Send returns to:

Back Orders
We do our very best to ship all orders complete, although sometimes backorders can occur. We will ship all backorders at no additional cost to you, as soon as product is available.
